  3. Photocopy of  Return Air Ticket / PNR with Application  Along with Original Ticket.

  4. 02 Copy Recent  Color Photographs (Passport Size with White Background)

  5. Recent Bank Statement (Minimum 6 Months)

  6. Letter of Introduction in Case of Service Holder

  7. Copy of  Trade License / TIN  and a Forwarding Letter for Businessman
